This page explains what you see on the login screen and how to login to GHB View the login video  Input the member username that you use to log into the members area here  Input the betfair username that you have supplied to us to use with GHB, you are allowed up to 3 usernames per subscription, to add additional username please contact the helpdesk  This allows GHB to remember your betfair username each time you log in( please be aware that although this function is available , neither Betfair or Sporting Bots recommend this for security reasons)  Input the betfair password associated with your requested username  You must read and agree to the terms and conditions provided below before the bot will allow you to log in  As you can see the OK button is greyed out , this will become active upon ticking the option above  These are the software terms and conditions |

Login FAQQ.When I try to log in I get the error message "invalid_vendor_id" what does this mean?A. If you are logging in for the first time it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for your betfair username to be activated, please contact us through the Helpdesk section of the members area if this time exceeds 24 hours Q. When I try to log in I get the error message " Login_unauthorised" what does this mean? A.Please contact us through the Helpdesk section of the members area Q. Can I log in with more than one username? A.
