Description
Our bots need V2 .Net installed on your machine to run properly.

Please only get this from Microsoft.

If neither of this links work, then go to Google and do a search for V2 .net

The top search term should be Microsoft.

And looks like this.

Other known issues

Please note: If you havent installed the V2 .Net as above you may still get the errors below but will not be able to solve them.

Login failed. UNAUTHORISED_VENDOR_ID
 This means you have not been added to Betfairs API as an official user of the our bot this can take up to 24hrs and longer at weekends.

Firewall.
Our Bots should work through a standard firewall but if you have Norton (or another) firewall control centre installed then you may have to add the our bot to the allowed program list in order for it to connect to the Internet through the firewall.

Login failed. LOGIN_UNAUTHORISED
This means you have not been added to Betfairs API as an official user of the our bot (or your subscription has expired) please use the form provided in the members area and note this can take up to 24hrs and longer at weekends.

Other
Any "Exception" type errors means you have probably not unzipped the software correctly or not installed V1.1 .net.

The application failed to initialize properly
(Oxo0000135) click OK to terminate the application.

This is an error that is caused because you have not unzipped the files properly and so you are trying to run our bots from within a zipped application. Please make sure you have downloaded and unzipped the files as per the download instructions.

We have also found that spy killers can cause the same problem.

Q. Keep getting this message Access to config.xml denied

A. This is a result of a recent windows vista security update that is beyond our control im afraid, it can be resolved easily by doing the following

if you right click over the GHB the shortcut on your desktop and go to properties , then compatability then tick the box that says "run as administrator" click apply and then OK and the bot will run fine.

There is actually a note in the message screen in the bot about this marked *windows vista users*
