These terms & conditions are in addition to our normal Terms and Conditions and cover the "never pay again" options

Our terms of purchase for the ""never pay again" of Grey Horse Bot should be read carefully because there are specific information about refunds. .

Please note we are offering this feature as a service to our customers. If you feel for one moment it doesn't suit you or you do not agree with these terms then pleas DO NOT purchase as we will use these T & C to prove our case at all stages of negotiations.

  1. Secure Server will charge your card today £297 as a one off payment for the Grey Horse Bot.
  2. Any monies already received can not be refunded under any circumstances.
  3. If you give us no choice but to give you a refund then please note the following.
    A. A service charge of £50 will apply immediately this is not negotiable and will be taken from the refund
    B. Every 30 days from the date of purchase of the "never pay again" license you will lose a further £30 off the original amount.
  4. "never pay again" does not automatically qualify you for all Grey Horse Bot or SPB System Builder updates
    There may be extra charges for special features or data that are not included in the normal package.
    "never pay again" does not include extra services like user-names and paid for bonuses..
  5. These terms and conditions may be updated or changed at any time.

Software Terms and Agreement.

The Grey Horse bot uses Betfairs.com API which from time to time is changed or updated by Betfair.com. On some occasions these changes affect the Grey Horse bot and mean core changes to the coding may be required. We will make every effort to get a tested and working copy of the Grey Horse bot back to all subscribers within 24hrs (Monday to Friday) but this may take longer in extreme cases.

Software downloaded from this website site is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of fitness for a purpose, or the warranty of non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, Sporting Bots Limited makes no warranty that:

  1. the software will meet your requirements
