At the moment, I am trying to burn 1000 calories through exercise per day.

I can get 600 from a 2-hour walk with the dogs, 200 or so from skipping, it's the other 300 that are a bit of a pain.

I guess some of the dogs are going to get an extra 1 hour walk in the evening :-)

As it is Saturday, I won't keep you long.

So I couldn't resist another update to the Over/Under X software that Greyhorse bot members get free (Beta page).

The main new option is that you can now force a tradeout after a certain amount of time has elapsed in-play.

So, as an example, if you just want to trade the first half, you can set the bot to trade out at the 45/50 minute market, which should be about half time.

Or you may want to wait for the 70th minute.

It's just one new way the bot can play on the Over/Under x markets.

Because I have learned so much about the Over/Under markets this week, there are some options I want to add to the software to help automate them.

I also fixed the "Keep Alive" so the bot can now run 24/7 as long as it has an internet connection.

Lastly, I moved some of the options to a pop-up so it would free up some of the space on the main screen.

Personally, I use this software every day now for testing and just general over-goal betting.
