So my "False Favourite" lost yesterday with a cracking run by "Beauty in the Park".

Yeah, I don't like losing, but you have to give credit where credit is due, even if you expected a different outcome.

I am getting a lot of requests for these selections...

...But I really want to make sure this is just not random, and I really have cracked the idea.

If I start giving you selections that start losing, then that won't make much sense.

So bear with me while I make sure I really am identifying "False Favourites" and not just being lucky.

I also still need to put a little more work into the software.

You can work on this idea yourself with PR Ratings.

Here is a formula for very strong favourites.

Must be favourite.

1st / 2nd LTO
NOR: 3 to 6
Days since last run: 8 to 37
Tipsters 4 to 15.

Should be around 49% strike rate.

The money is in taking when the price is 2.00 or above.
The S/R drops to 43.61 but the profit is better.

I have been trying to get time to finalise the Database version of the FHG/LTD selections.

It will save me having to update the spreadsheets each day...

... and the results page has filters on it so you can look at different chance ranges and get the P/L, ROI and strike rate.

May even be ready today.
