I have never had much upper arm strength...

...But when I tested it yesterday, I can now do 5 chin-ups.

As it is Saturday, I will make this quick.

I have mentioned the PR Ratings shared system "2 to 6 fav" before.

Well, I thought I would mention it again because at the end of play 03/07/2025, it was up 29.53 points (This month).

It has made 73.81 since it was added to the saves.

This is not back testing now, this is 200 + selections that anyone could have watched and tested.

One of the winners this month was 25.65.
