I must be feeling better already because I managed to knock out a good quantity of pushups this morning.
Still not up to my normal, but enough to get the heart rate up.
I think I will leave it another day before I start skipping or riding the bike again :-)

If you are following the "Not for Everyone Lays" then you will know they reached over 10 points again on Wednesday.
In fact.
The normal version hit 11.5 points.
The "Without Wolverhampton" version hit 13.11 points...
...And the version I use without "Without Wolverhampton" and "without favourites"...
...Hit 15.26 points.
So every month since I started sharing them for free, they have hit 10 points and most months even 15 points.
10 points a month is a pretty good start in anyone's books.
I know it doesn't always finish with that amount of profit...
...But the point is that we are trying to find systems/Strategies that hit 10 points and then stop using them.
So that's the end of "Not for everyone lays" this month!

As you can see, this was added to the shared saves quite a while ago...
...but it has produced 194 points since being added.
It averages 10.41 points a month.
This month so far, it is up 2.4 points, but as last month showed 32 points profit...
...There could be some more room this month.
I am just trying to dig out these 10-point systems for you.
