Out for an early run this morning in the dark.
After all the rain yesterday it's not great out there but hopefully, I won't get wet.
This time of year is always weird because it is still warm and you don't want to wear too much and get overheated.
I sometimes just leave the running jacket at home and hope for the best :-)

I try to avoid mentioning money in my newsletters because I don't think I should entice people with big profits...
...When we all know things can sometimes work out differently than expected.
As you know even my videos show small stakes...
...But in this case, this is not my idea so I think it is ok to mention it...With caution.
In fact, I should have told you about it a few days back but just forgot.
So, Anyway, David has started a "£200 to £2000" trial in the FB group.
Here is what David said about it.
"From tomorrow(Last Saturday, sorry!) I am going to start a challenge, I will be posting selections on here for anyone who wants to join in.
We are going to start with a £200 bank and turn it into £2000 hopefully within 3 months.
We will start off on £2 stake bets and add 20% of any winnings onto the next bet.
We will be placing bets on the place market. You can use a £100 bank and start with £1 bets if you want to, I suggest you use a bookmakers account.
The selections I will be using are from TTS+ software [https://www.cashouttrading.com/dobsoft.asp].
There won't be many selections, in 3 months there will probably be around 80 to 90 selections.
I have tried this system and in 3 months starting with £1 staking it made £1995. Expect around 80 % strike rate"
So far (Since Starting the challenge) he has had 5 selections and won all of them :-)

Yesterday I shared with you Paul's update to the Arrows system I shared in PR Ratings...
...Today it's David's turn.
Here is what he came up with.
"Only use Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
ROI 7.55
Reduce the number of runners to 3-15
ROI 9.59
Change class to 4-5 only ROI 23.78, profit points = 279.67 and a Strike rate of 27.72."
Another great update to the original system.
