One of the things I like about skill-based training is that you can see those little improvements.

With Rope flow, it's about practicing and seeing how each day you can just feel it flowing around your body better and you are able to add new tricks (Gradually).

Skipping is about building up leg strength so you can skip for longer and then again adding in different footwork to make it more interesting.

I shall not mention Calethenics :-)

Have you ever paid £900 + for a method or system?

If so, were you happy with it?

It could be any type, trading, betting, Football, horse racing etc.

Was it comprehensive enough and did you feel like you got your money's worth?

Could you let me know if you pay that much again for a system/Method?

Obviously, if it could be proved that it was worth that type of money.

Ok, on with the news.

Testing football markets is never easy because it takes so long sometimes for the markets to finish...

...Especially if you are playing on the "Match Odds" markets.

I have been working away on some updates to the OverXGoal software that members of the Greyhorse Bot get for free (beta Page).

One of the updates (continuous Acca's) has been a right pain to test even on the Over 0.5 goal market where you generally hope there will be an early goal.

Although I have been having some fun winning on these markets, I have had a lot of them where the goal was scored in the last 10 minutes of the match.

I am still not sure I will have this ready for the next release and may have to upload it without the option.

There are some other updates, so hopefully, they will be useful as well...

... It would be nice to include this update.

I hope to release the new version by Friday, but it depends on how testing goes today.
