I have been working on a new weather station.
The last one I tried, I couldn't calibrate the wind speed correctly, so I am trying another "Simpler" design.
Although I only have to watch the turbine or whirlygig to get an idea if the wind is blowing...
...It would be nice to know the actual speed :-)

Well, it was great to hear that a lot of you did like the Hedge/Dutch tool.
Sorry I had to mention about the "feedback"...
...But it is useful to know if you like it or not.
There were some nice comments as well...like

You may also get a feel for how I look at picking races to "Dutch".
Yesterday was a difficult day to find the type of race I really like...
...Because we had Ascot dominating the cards, with most races having large fields and Grp1 races.
Although I did decide to go against the Favourite (Notable Speech) in the 14:30 Queen Anne Stakes.
Ignoring the favourite and going for the next 5 runners by price meant I had a chance to make 45% of my stake...
...If one of these other runners won.
It reminded me why I don't like meetings like Ascot.
The winner was the rank outsider "Ten Bob Tony" at a BSP of 97.2.
You have to laugh :-)
