I had a bit of a fall on Monday while bouldering at the climbing club.

I was actually at the top of the wall when I slipped and came all the way down.

I was ok, but my shoulder seems to have taken a bit of a hit because it has been very sore since.

So I will be taking some painkillers to finish my course tonight :-)

As you may remember, I have been following those Betfair/Timeform 123 selections for the last few months.

I hate to say it, but apart from one month where it made 1.51 points, TF1 has lost quite a bit.

Interestingly, it has made a little profit "lay" betting, but it has been literally up one month and down the next.

There is a little more profit if you avoid TF1 when it is a favourite (lay bets)...

...And a lot more if you stick to Hurdle and Chase (still lay bets).

The only place it has shown a profit when it comes to backing to win is on AW races.

So I left the free lay selections with a new winning run of 7 yesterday...

...but there were still two selections in the evening that I haven't checked yet.

Still got a bit to make up from the weekend, but I am still (or was yesterday afternoon) 16+ points up.
