...Well not quite what you think...

Went to my first Christmas Party last night.
Maker Space was the venue so it wasn't music and dancing.
But we all dressed up and ate a lot if that counts :-)

Morning!
Just to let you know OALD did have another win this morning so that is now 5 winners in a row :-)

Yesterday I was looking at some stats in the place market and something stood out...
...And that was how many selections that were not expected to place, placed!
When you think about the "place" market is a little "Up in the air" and difficult to tie down.
Although the prices should make sense they often don't and this showed up in my research.
Betfair gives us markets where the Place payout covers 50% of the field...
...and in the case of non-runners even more.
This gives us opportunities that may be worth pursuing.
So get this.
After putting together an idea I placed 7 bets on 8 runners or less markets where I could cover half the field (3TBP and 4TBP mainly) ...
(Note: If you are a greyhorse bot owner I have given you an Alert piece of software to find these in the "Beta" section...
...and another piece of software where you can bet on them manually if you want to.)
...And won on all of them!
Now before you say..." well anyone can bet on low-price winners and win" (Try it and show me the results)...
...It wasn't, I didn't select any runner under 2.0.
Now of course after 1 day I cannot tell how well this will work long term...
...but I did write a quick algorithm and ran it across the database and it does kind of stack up.
The problem is, we don't always get 4 place market results so I had to write a price correction in the algorithm as well.
I am not going to give you the exact secret source at the moment...
...But start with runners 2.00 or over and go from there.
Let me know if you have experimented with something similar.
