It was great catching up with my sister over the weekend.

After lunch, we went off to Mum's, and I spent the rest of the weekend with her.

She does like to give me some jobs when I get there :-)

Hi there.

Yesterday, I posted some more "False Favourite" selections in the FB group.

The first one I posted was an easy win when "Super Hit", trading at 2.74, came 7th out of 8 runners.

Normally, one a day is enough for me, but I decided to try a very strong "Odds On" favourite with a price of 1.41.

Not so lucky with "Bollin Thou", who made it look easy in the end.

So just finish off the day I switched tactics to a runner that had a good chance of winning (according to my stats)...

...And I placed it at 1.36.

"Up the Agenda" left it to the last few seconds to win the race!

So with the first win and then a 0.41 loss and then another 0.36 win...

...The day ended fine.

I may have to start trusting this idea soon and raise the stakes :-)

Football...

I mentioned on Friday that "I am not sure I like the UK Football leagues".

I have started to analyse the results, and I can see a drop in the stats since Christmas for the "English Premier League (EPL)".

The problem is that before then, they were good and it could just be a glitch.

I need some more data before I rule them out of the Over 2.5 Goal selections...

...But at least you know, so you can make your own decisions.

Other leagues that are not doing too well are the Italian Serie A, Portuguese Primeira Liga...

...But other leagues like the German Bundesliga and Spanish La Liga are doing well.

Anyway, I will be keeping an eye on the results.
