So I mentioned yesterday that I decided to try the "Favourites" system with recovery staking.

I am still not sure this is a good idea...

...But it did work out yesterday.

I had 6 losers in a row, but then won at 4.60...

...Giving me just over 3 points profit.

The thing to remember is that if it had been a lower price that could have been a painful loss.

Especially if it has been "Odds On".

I will try it for a bit longer, but I am getting a bit nervous about using it.

I have still been looking at that "Dutch without favourite" idea.

Yesterday I won 81% of my stake on the 14:20 Notts.

I didn't "Dutch" every other runner because some had prices so high I couldn't get a stake on them.

The winner was "Moreedd", who I think went off as 3rd ranked.

At the moment, I am only getting a chance to do about 1 per day...

...but I hope to do more when I have totally finished the "Odds On Acca" strategy.
