My shoulder is a lot better now, even after a 2 hour session at the gym last night.
Still, it is done now, we just have to keep practising our new climbing skills so they become second nature.
And hopefully no more falls :-)

Yesterday I mentioned that TF1 was not doing very well...
...But I had a few emails where people had been using it in different ways, even on the place markets.
Now they can look back at my selections and they have more time than I do.
They can do more research using the various filters that you get with PR Ratings.
I also had a couple of emails from people who now understood why they were losing using the selections!
Don't forget you can analyse my past results in PR Ratings...But it does not supply daily selections.

So I left the free lay selections with a new winning run of 12 yesterday...
... there was still one selection in the evening that I haven't checked yet.
I have to admit though there have been a few scary prices lately.
One at 13.50, another 12 and one at 11...
...If one of them lost, it would hurt!
If I didn't want to show all the selections in the bot I could be tempted to put a max price of 10.00, maybe even 8.00.
Anyway, I think you have to agree, though, as trials go...
...It's not doing too badly.
