I went to the physio yesterday for my routine "Keep me working" check-up.

Since starting climbing, I have had a few aches and pains in the arms and hands that feel a lot better after the session.

 If it keeps me going to the gym, I am fine with it :-)

Yesterday, I was telling my Cashouttrading readers more about the Betfair/Timeform 123 selections.

So here is what I told them.

The TF1 (Normally 5 stars) has been up and down...

...but looking at the results if you had "Layed" any TF1 selection ranked 4 or 5 (Based on BSP rank results)...

...Then it shows 115 points profit with an average of 28 points per month.

Strike rate of 93.24% with an average losing price of 7.73.

It would make more sense to use liability staking at these prices, which seems to work.

You could place/lay these as well, and to liability, which seems to really work.

I am working out how I may be able to import my results into PR Ratings for you to play with.

It will only be results, not daily selections, because you have to get those from Betfair.

I thought it might be interesting for you to do your own research...

Here is a calculation for you.

25 selections, 10 lost, 15 won.

Average price 2.98, but for this example, I am going to drop it to 2.49 profit, and we need to take -1 off

So we end up with:

15 x 1.49 = 22.35 points profit
10 x -10 = -10

Profit = 12.35 points

Strike rate 60% (the average for this market is nearer 30%), ROI 49%

I think if you could find a proven system that can do that...

...You would do it all day long.

The funny thing is, I didn't notice this until a user pointed it out to me.
