Yesterday, the heater pump decided to spring a leak and we only realised when the water came through the downstairs ceiling.

We have cover, but because it was Sunday, we didn't get to see an engineer until 7 pm in the evening.

Luckily, I know a bit about plumbing and got the water stopped before it got too bad :-)

I very much doubt it.
