It's Friday!

I am determined to get out for a run on Saturday.

Not sure if I am going to do a Park Run or just get out and do my own thing.

I am hoping my wife will join me and we can just have a bit of fun doing a walk/run :-)

Sorry, I have one of those mornings this morning so I will be quick.

We have been having an issue with our tips feed and I am not sure what's going on.

The last few days they have been slow with the data and they are not answering my emails.

Hopefully, it is just a temporary thing, but I need to get on it this morning.

So recently I have been posting some more "Lay" selections in the Facebook Group and on the Discord Server.

(Well on the Facebook group anyway you hardly get anyone saying anything on Discord which is why I am still thinking of discontinuing it)

There is no doubt they have been doing well and considering that they are following favourites makes them all the more interesting.

Of course, there will be losers (there always are) but hopefully because they are favourites when they do hit the cost won't be that expensive.

Anyway, if you want to follow them either go to the Facebook Group or join the Discord Server...
