...Better than 25% I suppose...
-----------------------------------------------------------------
It's Friday.
This week has flown past, and I haven't even thought about the weekend yet.
As last weekend was a lot of walking, I think this weekend will be spent out on the bike.
Fancy doing some exploring and finding some mud tracks :-)

Morning!
The last couple of day's I have been selecting "My Favourite" from the place selections I am posting on FB and Discord (see links below).
I am trying to pick selections that are 1.50 or better, so they feel like they are worth taking on.
If you want to see how I select these runners, then Click Here.

Yesterday's "My Favourite" selection was 14:50 Wolv Elterwater, whose place price was 1.66, but I got 1.70 just before the off.
Elterwater actually won the race.
The other selection was 15:57 Warw Chief Sunday, who managed 2nd with a price of 1.77, so two winners.
Although I always say if you can win at least 25% of your stake per day, you can make money long term...
...It does give you a little more to work with if you can get over the 50% a day.
For one, it doesn't take as long to win back any losses and of course, you can grow your stakes better.
If you compound 7% of your profit onto your next stake, then within half a year (one a day), you could be staking with £100 or more, presuming some losses.
The thing to find out is how harder it is to pick a winner from a runner trading over 1.50 than one trading under this price.
Just by doing these for a week or so, you soon start to get a feel for things that may have an influence on the runner winning or not.
Weight is obviously one, but as I say in the video, a different Jockey always worries me and a change in distance.
What I probably mean is a distance the runner hasn't been proven at with the weight it is carrying.
Anyway, let me know your thoughts on the idea.
