I am waiting for some new parts for the Iron Man helmet after accidentally blowing a board with a bit too much current!

Hopefully they will not take too long to get here because I really want to finish the project :-)

Last week, I started posting some new place selections in the FB group and on the Discord Server.

The selection process is similar to the original as far as shortlisting the selections for the day.

But instead of doing the research, I just look at the price movements of all selections between the Forecast Rank price and the 12 am (Sometimes 11 am) price in the morning.

If the rank has dropped from say 4th to 3rd or 2nd to 1st etc...

... Then I will use that as a selection.

I tend to stick with runners in the top 4 or 5 for the movements but may look at others as well.

This idea has given some nice winners so far, with one coming in at 4.1.

It shows how simple it is to find winners sometimes if you have a piece of software like TTS+ or PR Ratings.

You can set this up to do most, if not all, of the work for you.

No need to trawl through sites or pages of information...

...Just select the filters you want and save and you can call them back whenever you want.

PR Ratings has over 100 filters and has most race information you could want, as well as specialised filters you can not find anywhere else.

Going back to the new "Place" selections, I was a little surprised something so simple could find winners...

...But it just goes to show even with 24 years of experience, I still sometimes find something I wasn't expecting :-)
