 I think I am getting back into the mood to do some house decorating.

To be honest, it is not my most favourite thing to do and I really hate the "painting the woodwork" part.

Luckily, my wife loves it :-)

Yesterday, I was making a case for manually selecting runners using the JT Edge enhancer software.

I also mentioned that you could use the filters to give you some selections to choose from.

Interestingly, one of the JT Edge enhancer software users emailed me to say he had made £60 this month just using the filters.

He had a "Lay" system where he just set the main 4 filters to get his selections...

...And he was now testing a "Back" idea as well.

If we were talking about using this idea with "Lay" selections and Jockeys.

You could set the Strike Rate to say 90%.

Remember, we are looking at how well the Jockeys are performing at a particular course.

Yesterday I picked George Wood, whose lay strike rate at Yarmouth was 94.64%, which means he wins less than 6% of his races at this course.

Some of his prices were high, but I watched him lose the first two.

Just that one stat alone can give you something to play with.

You can do other things like control the BSP that the results look at, so you get rid of silly numbers...

...You can also control the number of records so you have something to work with.

Clicking on any of the jockeys, Trainers, or horses gives you a complete rundown of their results from the course as well as a nice-looking graph.

Lots of great information to choose from.
