Skip 100, 15 push-ups
Skip 100, 30-second plank
Skip 100, 20 Lunges
Skip 100, 10 Burpees
Skip 400 (1000 altogether)

There is no way I can do 10 Burpees :-)

I started recording a video yesterday about the Betting Variance calculator...

...that I dropped on the "Bonus" greyhorse members page.

One member has already emailed me with:

So I created a Nano system with PR Ratings, which was quite simple.

Chase races only
Class 3
Price range 2.00 to 4.00

This gave a profit of about 49 points for the last year.
(4 points a month)

Strike rate was 37.92.
Longest losing run 10
Longest Winning run 4

Now I could feed those figures into the calculator and see what I should have expected.

I will leave the results for when I upload the video.

But what it did tell me was things like.

The longest losing run I should expect...

...And the longest winning run I should expect.

As well as other statistics that I could benchmark against.

I could also use the information to analyse the system more in PR Ratings.

I think it is a handy little calculator.
