...Good and interesting...
Morning!
Still chilling out a bit so again won't keep you long.
Firstly, can I take this opportunity to thank you for reading my daily rambles in 2024 and may I wish you a
Very Happy and Prosperous 2025.
So yesterday I set up a Greyhorse bot to monitor "3 to be placed" races.
I set the number of runners from 2 to 6 because I only wanted to be on races where I could cover at least half the field.
On this occasion, I just manually selected the meetings and then manually selected all runners in the race (use the select all option).
Then I just started the bot and let it go.
Interestingly the first race (I watched it as well) there wasn't any runner in the 1.45 to 1.65 range.
The next race had more than 6 runners in it and it wasn't until the 14:00, where I got matched on the favourite @ 1.48...And he came 1st easily.
That was the bot stop cue because I only need one daily winner.
Once I set it up more automatically I think I will just leave it running for a while to see what the results are like.
Probably just put the greyhorse bot into auto mode and set it from there.
More on this in the new year.
In the meantime check out the Greyhorse bot.
